<p style="margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;line-height:125%">Una de les mesures més importants és l’eliminació de les <strong>taxes d’inscripció</strong> dels òrgans de govern de les associacions i federacions. Aquest fet permetrà augmentar l’<strong>optimització
dels recursos</strong> de les entitats i aconseguir que la informació registrada sobre la composició dels òrgans de govern sigui la més ajustada a la realitat de les associacions.

<p style="margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;line-height:125%">Una altra mesura a tenir en compte és que les fundacions veuran una <strong>rebaixa </strong>de la <strong>quota de les taxes</strong> de modificació d’estatuts, de modificació del patronat, de
revisió de comptes anuals, d’emissió de certificats i de declaració responsable. Aixà mateix, la taxa d’extinció es substituirà per la taxa de fusió i escissió mentre que la resta de taxes mantenen els imports del 2019.

<p style="margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;line-height:125%">Respecte les associacions i federacions, es <strong>rebaixa</strong> la <strong>quota de les taxes</strong> d’emissió de certificats, de revisió de comptes de les associacions declarades d’utilitat
pública i de transformació en fundació. La resta de taxes es mantenen amb els imports del 2019.

<div style="line-height:125%">Qui ho pot sol·licitar?</div>

<p style="margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;line-height:125%">Les entitats que ho poden sol·licitar han de tenir una facturació anual a 2019 inferior als <strong>6.010.121,04 €</strong>. A més, han de complir amb un mÃnim de requisits.</p>
<p style="margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;line-height:125%">Per començar, les declaracions que es poden ajornar han de tenir el termini de presentació del <strong>13 de març</strong> fins al <strong>30 de maig</strong> (les que pertanyen al primer trimestre
de 2020) i hauran de fer un <strong>únic pagament</strong> pel total més interessos, si escau, però en la data que s’indiqui a la sol·licitud. És a dir, no es poden ajornar per anar pagant en terminis.

<p style="margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;line-height:125%">L’<strong>import mà xim </strong>d’ajornament d’impostos serà de <strong>30.000€</strong> i d’entrada, s’haurà d’indicar que és de 6 mesos. Hisenda <strong>no cobrarà interessos</strong> de demora
durant els tres primers mesos, però sà del temps que sobrepassi aquest lÃmit, i fins els 6 mesos, al <strong>3,75 % anual</strong>.
